-If you do not have the above health insurance plans, and have out of network benefits, you may pay out of pocket then submit claims with your insurance for reimbursement. Note that this is often only a portion of your out of pocket expenses.

 

-If you do not have out of network benefits or would not like to utilize your health insurance benefits, Dr. Khairalla accepts fee for service. Cost per session is $250-$400.
